Iris became a part of the Outlaw Family in 2014 as a K1 Football Mom due to her son Kayden wanting to play and her husband was an Outlaw coach for one of the older teams.  She was very familiar with the Outlaw organization and what they stand for. Iris became the Team Mom in 2015 for her son’s team and still remains the team mom.  She loves working with the parents and the boys as she believes they are all one big happy Family.  Iris decided to join the Outlaw board in 2017 as Team Mom Director when the position became available. She also works as a Process Analyst for NSCGlobal and In her spare time she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.  Iris is a proud mom of 2 and is the wife of Outlaw President Alfie Hill.
