Tony was born and raised in Hampton, VA where he played QB at Kecoughtan High School earning all-district, regional, and state honors.  Upon graduating from high school, he earned a scholarship to play football at James Madison University where he was one of the Team Captains and was named to the Arthur Ashe Sports Scholars Awards 2nd Team Academic All-American Team for 1997 season.

Upon the conclusion of his playing days, Coach Jordan took a position coaching football at University of Memphis for 3 years coaching defensive backs.  While at the University of Memphis, he took a brief hiatus and worked for the Baltimore Ravens focused player development and talent acquisition.  Coach Jordan moved to the Cincinnati area in the summer of 2009 and began his coaching career in youth football with the West Chester Outlaws and has remained with the organization to this day.  He has coached each grade level and has won a number of tournament championships throughout his tenure.  Coach Jordan prides himself on teaching the fundamentals of the game, discipline, and preparing player for the next level in the player’s football journey.
