Football & Cheer Registrations are Open for the 2009 - 10 Season
Congratulations to all of the Outlaw teams for making a good run in the Playoffs.
- All six teams played in the first round of the playoffs
- Five teams advanced to the semi-final round of the playoffs
- Our 3rd and 4th grade teams lost after multiple overtimes in the semi-final round
- The K1, 2nd, and 6th grade teams advanced to the Championship game

FAQs - Cheerleading
What is the cost of registration and what does this include?
The cost of registration is $150 and includes uniform, spanks, bodysuit, socks, jacket, pants, and bag.Are there any other expenses?
A participation fee of $25 will also be accessed to help offset expenses associated with the year end-banquet, etc.When will practices start?
Sessions begin around the 2nd or 3rd week of July. The actual start date for practice is at the discretion of the coach.How often do the teams practice?
For the months of July and August the number of practices per week is at the discretion of each cheer coach. However, once school begins there will be no more than 3 practices per week.What is involved in the Cheerleading program?
Each football team will have a cheer team. Competitive cheer is seperate and optional. Tumbling is encouraged, but will not be required for individual teams. Competitive cheerleaders are required to have a back handspring.Will the cheer teams compete?
The optional competitive team may compete in several competitions during the season.Do you have a cheer clinic?
Several cheer clinics will be offered throughout the season. Cheerleading camp will be offered at the end of July to learn cheers, chants, dance routines and stunts for the upcoming season.How do I become an Outlaw?

Yes. The Outlaws depend on Parent participation in order to keep costs down. Each Parent is expected to help with concessions, gate, field set up, and field teardown at all home games including preseason bowl games, regular season games, and playoff games. Financial Aid Request
The WCOFCC is an organization, which shall develop and improve the social, mental, and physical life of the community regardless of age, sex, race, religious preference or national origin. The WCOFCC carries out this mission through our commitment to accept and demonstrate the positive values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and sportsmanship. The WCOFCC assists all parents in developing character in their children. The WCOFCC does its work through the programs Youth Football and Cheerleading. These programs help all youth, adults, and families to care about their community, respect every person and to accept the responsibility of becoming healthy, active and productive citizens.
A Partnership:
Support from individuals, corporations, and foundations of the area make this financial assistance program possible. Through the caring of neighbors, supporters, friends and other responsible members of our community, the WCOFCC is able to provide subsidized services. Our fees are determined through a cost analysis of all elements related to conducting our services. These fees are necessary to pay the costs of equipment, league fees, insurance and the many expenses required to operate a large community service organization. After these fees have been established, we find some people unable to completely pay for our services. The confidential request for financial assistance enables us to fairly and consistently provide assistance for everyone who needs it. This process will also enable the WCOFCC to accurately report to our community and donors how our donor funds are being utilized to their maximum.(To Download Form Click HERE)

Recently in the news a young 2 year old was hit by an SUV and killed in West Chester. This child is connected to our Outlaw family and we would like to help as an organization. A fund has been set up at Fifth Third for Amari Ross.

Mission
Mission of the West Chester Outlaws…
a positive experience, through the education of fundamental development,
continuous skill-assessments and preparation for lifelong learning
and service to others. The association as well as its coaches promote diversity
by welcoming boys and girls of different races, religious beliefs and cultural
backgrounds to participate in its activities.
All coaches affiliated with the West Chester Outlaws are certified and
responsible for fostering collaborative relationships with each player in a
nurturing environment that will enhance intellectual, ethical, spiritual, athletic
and social development.
In the spirit of the Association’s commitment to service, its board of directors
foster an environment, which promotes community support from our

How do I become an Outlaw?

Will my child get playing time?
Yes. The West Chester Outlaws are committed to providing all of its athletes an equal opportunity to learn and be successful in an environment that promotes athletic excellence.
Are the coaches certified?
Yes. All coaches must be certified by the National Youth Sports Coaches Association. A National background check is also administered by the organization.
What league is the West Chester Outlaws affiliated?
The West Chester Outlaws are members of the Butler County Youth Football League.
Who participates in this league?
The following organizations participate in this league: Hamilton Bulldogs, Lakota Stallions, Finneytown Wildcats, Miami Valley Wolfpack, Middletown Pee Wee Football, Fayetteville Rockets, Trotwood Rams, West Chester Outlaws, and the Springfield Little Tigers.
When is registration?
On-line registrations are being accepted through June 30th.
Is there a weight limit?
No. The weights are unlimited on the line of scrimmage and restricted for the ball carrier.
What is the cost of registration and what does this include?
The cost of registration is $100 and includes all practice equipment, game jersey, game pants, mouth piece, shoulder pads, helmet, and chin strap.
Are there any other expenses?
Parents are responsible for cleats, athletic supports, socks, and gloves. The coach may ask for fees to help with the costs of the team banquet and awards.
When will practices start?
Practices start the last full week of July. The coaches may recommend attendance at football clinics for the players prior to the start of the regular season.
How often do the teams practice?
For the months of July and August, the number of practices per week could be as frequent as five days per week. This is at the discretion of the Head Coach. However, once school starts there will be a maximum of three practices a week. A walk through session is customary before each game.
Where are your practice facilities?
The West Chester Outlaws will practice at the Lakota East Freshman School located off of Bethany Rd. All Outlaw teams will practice at the same facility.
When are the games?
All league games are held on Saturdays. The day begins with the youngest team and ends with the 6th grade team.
Where is your home field?
The West Chester Outlaws will play all home games at the Lakota Freshman School located on Bethany Rd. West Chester Oh 45069
What is the cost to attend a game?
The cost for a regular season game is $3.00 per adult and $1.00 per student. All players, Coaches, and Cheerleaders are free. At home games the concession and gate volunteers are also free.Are Parents expected to volunteer time?

IMPORTANT -PLEASE READ
Registration fee covers league fees, school rentals, insurance, and equipment costs. Because of these budgeted expenses, no refund will be given for any reason once uniforms have been purchased except or medical reasons or family relocation. Football / Cheerleading is a sport of physical activity; therefore participants are advised that injuries may occur. Your child’s safety and physical well-being are of utmost importance and a primary concern. For this reason, all participants will be required to abide by the rules and regulations distributed at your parent meeting. Failure to abide by the rules & regulations of the organization could lead up to, and include dismissal from organization with NO REFUND. Medical insurance is required and is your responsibility. The organization, coaches and members assume no responsibility or liability for any injury occurring as a result of practice, game play or equipment failure. Regular practices will being starting in July. The number of practices is at the discretion of the coaches and can occur up to five (5) times per week. No smoking or alcoholic beverage are to be on school property or within 1000 feet of any practice or game field. All parents that are not participating coaches are to remain behind the designated roped restrictions at all times. No uniform or equipment will be issued until all paper work is turned in and fees are PAID IN FULL.
THE FOLLOWING COST ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION: football shoes, team pictures, half-time and or after game drinks, seasonal clothing (gloves, ponchos, etc.) trophy and banquet.
